2026 ILLINOIS COUNCIL OF THE BLIND BUSINESS MEETING

First Session

April 21, 2026, 6:30 to 9:00 p.m.

Note:  As part of this meeting, we will be taking nominations for ICB Officers, Members of the Board of Directors and ACB Delegates and Alternates.  When that time comes, if you want to nominate someone, please unmute and give your nomination.  The person nominated then will be asked if they wish to accept or decline.  If someone nominates the person you wanted to nominate, please remain on mute.  Raising hands via Zoom will not be necessary for this part of the business meeting, please raise hands if you want to speak during other business at this session.

  4. First reading of proposed Constitution and Bylaws Amendments – Ray Campbell, President.
  5. Report from the Nominating Committee and Nominations from the Floor – Debbie Watson, Nominating Committee Chair.
  6. 2027 ICB Convention
  7.  Do we want to hold a virtual only convention in Spring, 2027?
  8. If not, first reading of any proposed convention bids.
  9.  Recess.
